A "thin, petite woman", Pam Babcock, age 35, had a phobia that kept her in the bathroom, at her boyfriend's mobile home, for two years. Sheriff Deputies found her stuck to the toilet seat, and had to use a pry-bar to remove the toilet seat so she could be transported to the hospital for removal of the seat. Ness County Sherriff Bryan Whipple has asked that charges of "mistreatment of a dependent adult" be filed agains Kory [McFarren]Create?, age 36. The county attorney is still considering the charges. [McFarren]Create? works at an antique store, and had taken care of Babcock for 16 years. [McFarren]Create? delivered clothing and food to the bathroom. He claimed their relationship was normal, other than entirely occuring within the bathroom. [McFarren]Create? called police on February 27 because Babcock seemed groggy. Doctors found that Babcock had a severe infection in her legs that had damaged nerves.
